  • The 14-day refund period begins the day after you make the purchase.
  • You are eligible for a full refund only if you have not redeemed the license or downloaded and used the Mod.
  • If the Mod has been downloaded, activated, or used, you waive the right to a refund due to the nature of the digital content.

You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase only if:

  • The license has not been redeemed or activated.
  • The Mod has not been downloaded or used.
